Inspire Ob/Gyn, LLC

I am a returning patient of Dr. Middleton. This new facility has a great staff, and of course, it was nice to see Dr. Middleton again - she has excellent bedside manners and really makes you feel at ease, and feel heard. Wait time was almost non-existent, and the staff was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location, and especially Dr. Middleton.

Inspire and their team has always been so kind to me. I’ve gone some tough events and their team has always been there to rally and support me. Some of their employees like Katie their ultrasound tech- made it their mission to reach out to me personally just to make me feel good during my tough times. Inspire is like a little family you’ll definitely will appreciate going here and won’t regret it.

I typically don't leave a bad review, but this was an overall terrible experience. Came in for an ultrasound. The tech named Katie was very unhelpful, rushing me and rude. Not once did she make me feel comfortable. As well as commenting specifically that it "Must be nice not to have a period," even though I've been in pain for over 9 months. I have been experiencing painful pcos and was specifically there because of this. Then i asked if i needed to leave a urine sample since i needed to go to the restroom and was told I dont need to leave one. THEN told by the MA later that I need to leave a urine sample. Absolutely no communication skills! As I waited for the Physician Assistant Megan, I could explicitly hear the staff talking about myself or another patient, "Why is she here? is she trying to get pregnant?" Putting peoples personal bussiness out there for everyone to hear. When I finally saw Megan, the PA, she had terrible bedside manners, was rude, and anytime I questioned her, she had a "I'm right, your wrong attitude." She prescribed me medicine bc she 100 percent believed she knew what I had even when I specified that I don’t believe i have "that", she cuts me off and says "NO, it's that" but lo and behold a few days later my test results came back negative. I'm still in pain, she didnt give me any patient education on what's going on with me or anything. It's getting harder to trust doctors' offices with people like this working in healthcare. Would not recommend this place at all. If you care about your health, I would not step foot into Inspire Ob/Gyn.

Five stars from me! Excellent staff. I love my new OB/Gyn MD. I feel well cared for and any concerns that I had or questions they answered them. I didn't have to wait long at all. I never felt rushed or that I was just a number like a lot of other places I've been too. I did not know, until I had my appointment, that it's a one stop shop. They have a laboratory and mammography all in the same building. Very convenient.
